KIMS Hospital Cycle Challenge 2018 · 14 September 2018

Maidstone & Weald Samaritans provide a 24/7 service via the telephone, email, and face-to-face. It costs around £60 per day to run the centre and all our income comes from donations that we raise locally - we receive no central funding and we have no paid staff. Registered Charity No. 1171193.

Story

On 28th and 29th September 2018 The KIMS Hospital team is cycling from Maidstone to Beauvais, our twinned town in France in order to raise money for Maidstone & Weald Samaritans. 

After successfully overcoming The Three Peaks Challenge, the team now want to conquer the cycling world by cycling the over 200 miles from Maidstone to Beauvais. 

Maidstone & Weald Samaritans provide a 24/7 service for anyone who needs us. We can be contacted via the telephone, email, text and also provide a face-to-face service at our branch in Grecian Street, Maidstone. The branch is manned by volunteers, we have no paid staff and we receive no central funding. Every penny donates goes towards keeping our branch open so that we are there when needed. Whatever you donate will make a difference to your local community.Thank you, without you we wouldn't be able to do what we do.
