May 2019, I become poorly, a fever I couldnt shift, a sore throat that wouldnt budge, back and forth to the doctors I went, before being sent for blood tests, which then turned my life upside down, when I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. 

Macmillan were there for me, to give help, support and encourangement from diagnosis, start of treatment, all the way through to end of treatment and even now, nearly 2.5years in remission.
