Mindstep was founded in memory of Max Davies who died by suicide in 2018. The charity funds mental health and suicide prevention research, awareness and support. We support vital research at the University of Glasgow and deliver Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).

Story

Hey - My name is Harry, I currently run a health performance bakery in Bristol. Having started the business in my mid-twenties, I soon became accustomed to the day-to-day stresses of what it's like to be a business owner and employer, all whilst trying to live a 'normal' life with friends & family.

Through this journey, I have had to face a few demons which I chose to deal with personally - without asking for help. I am incredibly grateful for my love of exercise, which in turn, has massively improved my mental state of mind.

Experiencing my own personal challenges, I have also seen individuals close to me struggle more so. That is why I am choosing to fundraise for the incredible Mind Step Foundation.

I, and the MSF, would be greatly appreciative of any donations that you may want to leave.

Much love, Harry
