At Power2Inspire, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in sport, regardless of body type, age, disability, or ethnicity. So we have created inclusive sporting events, where we deliver adapted sports in schools, organisations, and in local community centres.

Story

The Year 8 Leavers of King's College School are raising money for their twin school in Sri Lanka, and the charity Power2Inspire by cycling from Kings Lynn to King's College, Cambridge - a distance of 100km!

"We want raise money for sport equipment in Sri Lanka, and Power2Inspire".

King's has been twinned with Dikkumbura Sri Siddhartha School in southern Sri Lanka since 2007. The school supported them following the tsunami, and have since raised money to improve facilities at the school. More information is available here:

Power2Inspire is a Cambridge based charity promoting inclusion through sport. Their vision is to see see more disabled and able-bodied people playing adapted sports together in schools, organisations and local community centres.

John Willis, the charity CEO, inspired the Kings to Kings cycle when he spoke at the King's Speech Day last year.
