Kirsty, Joe, Cat, Charlotte, Sophie and Arthur are taking part in the Captain Tom 100 challenge because I want to support the incredible staff and patients at my local NHS in Bristol. 

As part of that we're going to join the NBT Stair Climb Challenge of climbing 100 flight per week for 6 weeks. We are going to aim to climb the height of Mont Blanc- 2028 flights!

I'm sure you were inspired as I was watching Captain Tom walk 100 laps of his garden, raising a phenomenal amount for the NHS during the most difficult time in its history. I am so excited to be adding to his wonderful legacy, playing my part in supporting our NHS. Please support me as we take on my own version of Captain Tom's challenge, starting on what would have been his 101st birthday on 30 April 2021. 

Now us physios are known for being pretty active and always up for a challenge but it’s been a tough year for us all and our legs are weary! Your support will really help give us the motivation to keep going over the next few weeks!
