Every year, one in four people will experience a mental health problem. Sadly, hundreds and thousands of people are still struggling. Thankfully, mental health is no longer a topic that is not spoken about. 

Mind, the mental health charity, listen and provide invaluable support and advice to those who are stressed, depressed or in a crisis. They believe that no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone.

 We want to help! 

Mental health and the well-being of its staff is something Kingswood feel strongly about and as such, have formed a small group to take part in the National Three Peaks challenge which will be completed over 24 hours. The Three (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) are the highest mountain in Scotland, England and Wales. The challenge is to climb each of these three peaks – one after the other.

This will involve a total of 26 miles (42km) total horizontal distance, 3,000m (9,843ft) of vertical ascent, 3 peaks.

The Kingswood team taking part in the challenge comprises of GRachel Bailey (Managing Director, HR),  Sophie Crump (Associate, HR) and AndreaHeathwood (Vice President, Marketing & Communications), 

 We are aiming to raise a minimum of £2,000 sponsorship money for Mind. Please give what you can to help us smash our goal!
