Stirling Carers Centre supports people in the Stirling Council area who are caring for loved ones with a disability, illness, addiction or mental health condition. With over 25 years of experience, we offer advice, support plans, benefits checks, 1:1 support, short breaks, and assistance with forms.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

Stirling Young Carers Service supports young people aged under 18 who sacrifice their childhood, education and sometimes even wellbeing -  in order to look after a relative with a disability, illness, or mental health condition, or a drug or alcohol problem.

So together with your help we can provide them with much needed -1:1 emotional support , Peer support groups, In-school support, Residential trips and Activities Training in Stirling.

Young carers carry a burden of responsibility that many adults would struggle to manage. Many do not recognise that they are carers, it is just ordinary life to them. But what they do on a day to day basis is extraordinary.

So although I know there are many calls upon your pocket - please help with whatever you can. Anything you can spare is very much appreciated.    Thank You . John
