6 months ago, I lost my Dad to his ongoing battle with mental health. He was a warrior and a true inspiration to me.

Therefore, myself and Lucy Spires have made the ultimate decision to hike the Three Yorkshire Peaks (3 mountains) (24miles) on the 8th July to honour his memory. The aim is to raise awareness and money to help other people who are also suffering. Let’s battle the stigma!💪🏼
