Dear family and friends,

We are reaching out to you today with heavy hearts but with determination to make a positive impact in memory of our beautiful son, Heera Singh Daley.

On the 25th of April 2022, at 40 weeks + 1, our son Heera was born sleeping at 7.46am weighing 7 lbs, 3 oz. He was perfect. We wanted to cherish every moment with the most beautiful boy we had ever seen, so we bathed him, dressed him, put on his sister's hat, and held him close. It was heart-wrenching to leave the hospital with empty arms and to explain to our three-year-old daughter that her little brother couldn't come home with us.

Our lives have changed forever, but we are determined to keep Heera's legacy alive and make him proud with every step we take. 💎🙏🏽

The Lily Mae Foundation has been a constant source of support and comfort for us. Their tireless work supporting parents and families who have lost a baby is remarkable. We want to raise awareness and funds for this incredible charity.

We, especially our daughter, refer to Heera, as being in the sky and to mark Heeras' 1st birthday and to honour his memory, we are taking part in a skydive. We invite you to join us in supporting the Lily Mae Foundation by sponsoring our skydive which will be taking place in the next month, weather depending. Every donation will help provide Memory Boxes, Sibling Support Packs, The Still Parents Podcast, Support Sessions for bereaved parents and families, and Training for medical practitioners.

We believe that every baby's life, no matter how brief, is precious, and we want to do our part in breaking the taboo around baby loss. We want to help families who have experienced this heartbreak receive the support and care they need to heal and find hope for the future.
