I'm Kira the 4 month old German Shepherd puppy.  I have a condition known as PDA (Patent Ductus Arteriosus).  I need a heart operation to correct this condition and to stop my heart from suffering congestive failure.  Without this operation I have a life expectancy of one year.  This operation will cost £1,000 and any contribution you can make will make me one step closer to a long and happy life.
