This year we felt mental health was incredibly important for everyone. Given that 1 in 4 people struggle with their mental health at some point in life, we wanted to raise money for the cause to help people in situations they may struggle to cope with. This is why we chose the Scottish Association for Mental Health as our S6 charity. Finding safe ways to raise money this year has been challenging for our Team. One way we are choosing to raise money is through a sponsored run. Our S1’s and S6’s will be collectively running 200 miles in fancy dress on Wednesday 16th December. We would appreciate any sponsors and hope to raise lots of money for those that need some extra support this year!
