My daughter Madelaine, age 10 came to me the other month telling me that she wanted to get her hair cut to donate it to the Princess Foundation Trust to make wigs for young people. People that know Madelaine will know how lovely her long blonde hair is. I thought she would soon forget about it but has kept on at me to get it done and today she went to book her hair appointment for the 25th October. 

She also wants to get sponsors to do it so she can raise money for the Joshua Lancaster Foundation Charity.  Reading about Joshua, a brave little boy who died of cancer age 3 really touched Madelaine's heart.  The charity helps children with cancer and terminal illness and also the families of those effected. She would love it if anyone would be so kind to sponsor her getting her hair cut.
