Rowans Hospice Charity provides free care and support to adults in our community who have a life-limiting illness and their families. Many people think that hospices are all about dying. But through our many different services, we support people to live as well as they can with their illness. From the moment of diagnosis through to bereavement support. The Coronavirus outbreak has caused unprecedented losses to our income with our Retail shops having to close, donations in decline, and most fundraising events and activites either postponed or cancelled for at least a year. All of the Hospice care and services provided by the Charity is given free of charge. We rely on charitable giving for nearly all of our income.
