We’re here to inform, support and advocate for everyone affected by pregnancy loss. Miscarriage, ectopic and molar pregnancy can be a deeply distressing and difficult experience, and everyone who experiences pregnancy loss and its impact should get the understanding, care and support they need.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Thursday 31st may 2018, we had our second miscarriage. Both miscarriages has been the worst pain we’ve ever had to go through in our lives. Second time round having gone through this once before, it has made me realise going through it again doesn’t make it any easier and there’s one thing everyone says to me which is ‘don’t give up’. Which is why I want to help the thousands of women and couples that have to go through this pain too.

Today (10/08/18) is the day of my first baby’s due date and it’s so strange to realise there is no life inside of me nor will there be on the outside. I want to change that. Ive decided to do a skydive to raise money towards The Miscarriage Association. This charity has really helped me get through this hard time as it shows you are not alone, I am just part of the 1 in 4 women that go through a miscarriage. I want women to share their stories to raise awareness of how often this is happening, and personally i find sharing your story with others makes you stronger.

Friends and family are the biggest support system anyone can have and aside from being there with listening ears and open arms, there is more we can do. We together, can raise a small amount for vital support and research to find out why this happens. We could possibly finds ways of reducing the amount of miscarriages that happen.

Please don’t feel like you have to donate, but if you do, any amount is hugely appreciated. Thank you. #1in4
