Shine has been there for me the past few years and along with the support of Helen, one of the Shine Support and Development workers has enabled me to understand and come to terms with my Hydrocephalus.

If it weren’t for Shine I wouldn’t understand what’s going on in my head and how to manage my Hydrocephalus on a daily basis.  These past few years have been hard and I wanted something to aim for, something to try and achieve.
