Kirsty and Henny will be running for RISE on Sunday October 3rd; we know we’ve left it late but we’d love it if you could help us reach our target of £500. If we do then we have agreed with each other that we’ll swim 5k next year! 

RISE helps families affected by domestic abuse: mental, physical and financial. It’s been a difficult two years for many and Rise needs our help so they can keep providing the life changing support for families they offer.
