Kirsty's 12 days of yoga with the dyslexia yogi

The 12 days of yoga is BACK! For it's second year. 12 days of little moments of mindfulness, manifesting, creating & finding some positive.
Each morning at 7am in a Facebook group will be a activity for you to join in. I could be a meditation, some movement, relaxation technique, journaling & heavily theme around mindfulness.
From the 13th to 24th December join the challenge of finding a daily yoga practice, and in doing so go in to a prize draw to win a online yin classes in January.
AND!...yes there more! This is a karma based practice. This year I pick a charity that I have never heard of or given to before but you all highly recommended it to me for the work they do for dogs. Many of you will know my best friend & 4 leg baby cross that rainbow bridge at the end of August. I want to do something in honour of him, my online class just aren't the same with out him
