Belfast City Marathon 2014 · 5 May 2014 ·

Our aim is wellbeing for all. We work together with people living with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism and addiction to ensure they live with dignity. We campaign to create a society free from stigma and discrimination that focuses on people and their abilities.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My Dad, Graeme McDonald, was chairman of NIAMH (Northern Irish Association for Mental Health), which involved promoting mental health both in Northern Ireland and also in Malawi.  When he wasn't working, he was usually either playing or watching sport and particularly enjoyed running and cycling.  He passed away in November 2010.  In memory of him and to raise money for a cause he cared about, my Mum and I are running the Belfast Marathon.
