My gorgeous friend Kate is currently having to receive dialysis due to HELLP disease in pregnancy which led to septic shock hours after delivering her beautiful boy back in August. In what should’ve been the happiest few weeks bonding for her and her hubby with Ronnie their life was ripped to pieces and Kate left fighting for her life. Kate is now awaiting a transplant whilst juggling motherhood to her baby boy! She’s an absolute inspiration.
