First off thank you so much to everyone who’s donated youve all been so generous! I made it round the half just about.. i spent an hour on the side on the road collapsed at kilometre 16 but i got up after i recovered a bit and made it round the last bit with the help of my family! I have ran my first half marathon at the minimum age required for it (I’ll have been 17 for a week) and would like to raise money for severn hospice after working there for 9 months in the charity shop in the past and for what it does to the community. Severn Hospice is with families from the moment they're referred to its care for as long as they need it, and it does this every day, all day for anyone in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales who needs that help.It does this for them for free, but it is not without cost and it can't happen without you. For every £1 you donate, the hospice will spend 88p directly on care – and use the remaining 12p to make another £1. Last year, all those individual donations meant the hospice could be there when it mattered for 3,000 local families.
