Kirsty Cartin is raising money for Alzheimer Scotland

Alzheimer Scotland is the leading, national dementia charity in Scotland. Our mission is to make sure nobody faces dementia alone. We provide advice, information and support and we are here for people living with dementia, their families and carers across Scotland.

Story

Supporting Alzheimer Scotland means a great deal to me, both professionally and personally. Working in care homes, I see every day the impact dementia has — not just on those living with it, but on their families too. It’s something very close to my heart, as my own wee Nanna lived with dementia, and I witnessed firsthand the challenges and moments of love that come with it. By supporting Alzheimer Scotland, I’m helping to fund vital research, raise awareness, and ensure people get the care, understanding, and dignity they deserve.

For Nanna McKee. For everyone I have supported and those I do support now living with dementia. For everyone walking alongside someone living with dementia 💜
