Its Kiltwalk Time Again - Sunday 17th September 2023

I, alongside Claire & Candice, and fellow admins and group members of Endo Warriors West Lothian will be taking part in the Kiltwalk in order to raise as much money as we possibly can in order to support the amazing team at  Exppect Edinburgh. Prof. Andrew Horne & Team are carrying out the most amazing research to not only try to one day find a cure for endometriosis but also to improve treatment for Endometriosis and pelvic pain.  They work tirelessly researching pelvic pain conditions and endometriosis.  I cannot stress enough just how vital that research is.  Endometriosis and pelvic pain, like so many conditions are terribly underfunded.  Given that such a large proportion of the world's population is affected, it is shameful that we do not apportion more funds to this groundbreaking work.  Without research there will be no change, and I don't think I could get through another day living in this constant pain without believing that maybe not in time to help me, but soon, there will be a cure, a day where nobody has to live the life Endometriosis forces you to live. This is such an important cause to me, endometriosis is a thief! It steals your hopes, it steals your dreams, it steals your friends, it’s steals your partner’s dreams, it steals your family’s dreams, it steals careers, it steals your holidays, it steals everything!

We MUST find a cure! We MUST carry out more research, we MUST change the future and to do so we need your help, we need your support.  Please if you can even spare the cost of a coffee, it could make a real difference.
