Sleep Out 2015 · 12 November 2015 ·
Llamau, meaning progression in Welsh, is Wales' leading homelessness charity. Over half of the UK's homeless people are under 25. Llamau work tirelessly to provide crucial immediate and long term support, accommodation and advice for homeless young people so that they become independent, thriving young adults.
I am taking part in Llamau's Sleep Out this November, because I'm a massive wimp when it comes to the cold. So by spending the night outside in winter I hope to raise awareness of Youth homelessness and of the work of Llamau. I know it will be a tough night, but at the end of it I am lucky enough to have a warm bed to go home to...young homeless people do not.
Any donation, big or small, that you can give will make a massive difference- because if it was you, wouldn't you want a helping hand?
