For five days in February (starting on the 4th), I'll be taking part in a juice detox with help and support from everyone I work with @Juicafe. During this detox I will only be drinking all natural fruit/vegetables juices and in between these meals, I'll be drinking coconut water for that extra hydration. Everyone has heard about the benefits of detoxing, but I wanted to see it for myself. Talking about this with everyone I worked with, we decided that we could band together,  being a support for each other and trying to raise money at the same time.

I decided I wanted to raise money for the wonderful organisation that is SafeNet.

SafeNet deals with all ages, race, class, religion and sex of anyone suffering from domestic abuse. Domestic abuse can be anything from psychological, physical, sexual, financial or emotional abuse. So many people are victims of domestic abuse and SafeNet is there to help these people, and we are here to help them help others. So any

donations big or small would be appreciated!
