As some of you already know we are planning to go to Tanzania and climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. On Friday 13 August, at some point between 6am and 8am we should reach the summit (Uhuru Peak 5895m/19,340ft) and upon reaching the summit we will attempt to break 2 world records in kite flying:

1) Highest Altitude for a Single Kite

2) Figure-of-Eight Performed at the Highest Altitude

 

All funds raised via this page will be donated to the Umoja Centre in Arusha (Tanzania), providing education to young disadvantaged people who aspire for something more.
