Story
We are donning our yellow Marie Curie santa hats virtually again this year to help raise money to fund vital end of life care across London.
We have created a festive video which we hope that you will enjoy, and if so please donate to this very worthy cause so that everyone can experience the best end of life care possible and Marie Curie Nurses can be there for people experiencing their last Christmas together.

Marie Curie is here to support everyone in the UK through all aspects of dying, death and bereavement – and to fight for a society where everyone gets to have the best experience possible at the end of their lives.
We support the NHS by providing frontline care. We provide vital bereavement support for family and friends. And we help the nation prepare for death, to help makes things better at the end.
Last year we helped more than 60,000 people directly and reached over two million more. Marie Curie Nurses care for people in their homes, giving much-needed respite to overstretched carers. Our nine hospices offer the reassurance of specialist care and support in a friendly, welcoming environment – so people can feel safe and cared-for in their final months, weeks and days of life. Our trusted information and support line help people in their hour of
need to feel reassured, informed and empowered to face what’s happening in their lives. Our campaigns influence decision-makers so people whose lives are touched by terminal illness, death and bereavement have a voice advocating for the change they need to see.
Marie Curie couldn't do this without the support of people like
you
£2 pays for a glass of wine for a patient at one of our hospices, because enjoying a favourite tipple brings a smile to people’s faces and is a treat many look forward to.
£3 pays for someone staying in a hospice to enjoy a
delicious, nourishing meal.
£20 pays for an hour of expert care and emotional support for
someone living with a terminal illness, in the comfort of their own home.
£25 pays for a bereavement counsellor to listen, soothe and
support someone who’s grieving for an hour.
£32 pays for a call to our Support Line, meaning someone in
need can pick up the phone and receive practical information and emotional support.
£41 kits out a Marie Curie Nurse, so they’re ready to face
anything with a smile and the sense of pride that their uniform brings.
