orphaned children around the world. Many live in poverty, never knowing if they
will get enough food, clothing, or the medicine they desperately need, with
little or no chance to ever go to school.

Orphans and young children are one of the most
vulnerable groups in the world, and face multiple child protection risks,
including psychosocial distress, child labour, child marriage and other
forms of exploitation and abuse.
