I hope to guide you through 7 days of yoga to help you achieve something for yourself while helping MS sufferers and their families.

My best friend, who's like a sister to me, has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis few years ago. She has since suffered with terrible fatigue and loss of sight in one eye amongst other challenges. She remains strong, positive, smiley and driven! While I could be telling you all about her and her amazing approach to life all day, I also want you to know that too many charities are facing difficult times and decisions due to Covid 19. Nearly 50% of MS sufferers surveyed said that they are struggling with the lock down and finding isolation challenging in aspects of social contact as well as keeping well physically and mentally.  MS Society are leading the research to find the cure for MS. Please help me assisting them to continue their amazing work!
