I never thought I would have to join such a cause, but after our journey of losing two babies to PPROM (premature rupture of the membranes) I'm determined to try and prevent many more women from suffering the loss of their babies. No parent should have to go through what we - and millions of other parents- went through. 

Little Heartbeats was one of the first groups we found and reached out to when our waters broke with our daughter in October in 2020. They gave us all the information we needed to advocate for our daughter, but sadly the odds were stacked against her, and a lot of doctors aren't forthcoming with help before 24 weeks, sadly. 

However, Little Heartbeats are raising funds for to help with the research into PPROM pregnancies and how they can "fix" the membranes after the rupture. It's a tiny bit of hope to thousands of mothers that something is being done to try and help.
