ABSOLUTELY AWESOME EFFORT, OVER £1700 RAISED, WE ARE FINALISING THE EVENT TOMORROW AND WILL CLOSE THE FUND RAISING. MASSIVE THANKS TO ALL WHO SUPPORTED WITH CASH, ALL THE PLAYERS, COACHES, WIVES AND GRILFRIENDS FOR TAKING PART, I AM SURE A CERTAIN MR BAXANDALL WILL BE ALL SMILES FOR MIKE TONIGHT!!!

SO WE HAVE SMASHED OUR TARGET, WE HAD A THINK ABOUT WHAT TO DO AND TWO SECONDS LATER DECIDED TO TRY AND RAISE SOME MORE BETWEEN NOW AND THE END OF THE MONTH,  THE LADS AND LASSIES ARE UP FOR IT, SO BRING IT ON!!!!

As Knaresborough Cricket Clubs most famous player, Mike was at the heart of what we did for a long time. When Mike passed away he was a trustee of the Children's Heart Surgery Fund and with that in mind the players at the club wanted to do something in his memory for a great cause. As the season is (hopefully) due to start soon and the players ease themselves in to pre-season training, they wanted to focus their fitness on this event. So as a club Knaresborough CC are delighted to support them and we hope they can raise some much needed funds for such a wonderful charity.
