Each year millions of people face the reality of living with a mental health condition. So, to bring awareness to mental illness, to fight stigma, and to provide educate and support, I am creating a giant outdoor knitted wool exhibition and I'd like you to donate and take part.

KNITTING MINDS: Knit 1; Give £1 is a community project to raise money for this Coastal West Sussex MIND. Please give generously, and if you can, please send me a pom-pom for the giant display.

All pom-poms will be on show in Chichester's Priory Park, together with my own giant knitted sculpture, from 10th October to celebrate World Mental Health Day. The installation will remain in the park for the week to bring awareness to Wool Week.
