Knitted Knockers have 114 volunteer groups all over the UK and in May, volunteer Knockerettes knitted a whopping 603 knockers, knitted to size, with extra filling, extra yarn and a personalised note, every single one of them free of charge!

After being diagnosed with breast cancer in the latter part of 2021 and having three surgeries in as many months, I cannot praise Knitted Knockers enough for giving me back my confidence to go out running again.

I do love to keep fit, I run and weight lift but my fitness is not back to how it used to be and planking is evil! My core strength is poor so trust me when I say planking for 3 minutes will be torture, but I'm going to do it!
