A team of 16 students and four staff are heading to Uganda in July 2023 to help a rural primary school. The team are planning to create two new dormitories , build toilets and washrooms and completely transform 7 dilapidated classrooms

Story

Myself, 15 other students and 4 staff are travelling to Uganda in order to provide help to a rural primary school. We are planning to help improve the education and living conditions of the school children by making two new dormitories, building new toilets and washrooms and completely transforming 7 dilapidated classrooms. Whilst we stay here we also hope to form a bond with the school and the community so that our renovations can be maintained and appreciated for years to come.

To help raise donations, I will be walking to the Ugandan embassy from Royal Russell School and back, with part of our team on the 25th of June. By donating, you will be helping us complete the tasks necessary so that the children of this school can live and learn as best as possible.
