Story

Looks like good old General Electric have matched the £100 donation on my web page. Although it won't show up on my web page! Done the jog, done a few km, happy days!

shall I go for 5km or 10km I shall see tomorrow! Still have problem with leg!

Did not quite do 8km today? Although I did do 5km on the treadmill. Followed by a few km on a bike. My muscles in my leg were in pain today. Better luck tomorrow!

I was going to do 8km at the gym today, but as I sustained a little chafing, I will have a little rest today and go to the gym tomorrow morning and do 8km! This is all good fun, exercise releases endorphins. Which means it makes you happy for the rest of the day!

Actually I did 7.5km! Half a km in I took off my ankle support, then I did 5km in about 55mins, a little bit slower than last time. Then I took a 10min break and did another 2km in just under 19 mins! Going for 8km tomorrow!

Just done 7km at the gym!

The British Heart Foundation, good cause indeed!

went to the gym yesterday, did 5km in just over 49mins!

I am a tad bit overweight, however I have decided to do this challenge because I would like to give to a good cause. I know people who have died from various heart conditions. I need to get more healthy or I may one day have a heart attack. I plan to go for the full 10k although I believe you can do anything up to 10k.

I will do my very best to do the whole 10k.

Although I have reached my target of £100, the more the merrier, please give generously!
