Herbalife Nutrition Foundation members are taking on an epic 4-day adventure from Prague to Krakow to support vulnerable children across the UK. 

Action for Children protects and supports children and young people, providing practical and emotional care and support, ensuring their voices are heard, and campaigning to bring lasting improvements to their lives. 

Your support through donations enables the work that Action for Children does in one of the most challenging times for vulnerable children and families.

This is my second bike ride for Action for Children, and it’s longer than the last one! I’m also taking this on with a diagnosis of osteoarthritis in my left hip so I’m the lead up to the ride I’m taking every possible step to improve my mobility and help to reduce the pain. 

So that alone deserves a fiver 😂 and let’s not go there about spending 4 days, 380ish miles on a seat!! Thank you in advance for supporting me on a totally epic ride and experience for children.
