I am a strong advocate for early mental health supports to
help children and their families build resilience, face difficulties that
inevitably arise, and to improve the overall health of our community.

I worked for over a decade with children, youth, their families, schools and other groups involved in the early years of people's lives.  I came to see clearly how important it is to make sure young people get a good start and that problems be addressed quickly when they arise.  I
also saw how dedicated the people who support these young folks are, and I want to make sure that there is adequate funding to ensure the strong systems of care that are in place continue.

And I love mountain biking!  Bolton Valley is a truly beautiful spot, and I hope that you will consider supporting the cause financially and also coming out the day of to help us celebrate the cause of giving all children the best start to life they can have.
