We provide information, welfare & support to those living with Post Polio Syndrome.

Story

I was due to run the London 10 K in 2020, but the run did not go ahead due to Covid 19. the race this year has been scheduled for 25 July. Thank you to all those who have supported me so far.....please help me raise as much as I can.

I am raising money for The British Polio Fellowship, to help us to continue to support Polio Survivors and those living with Post Polio Syndrome, lead full and integrated lives. I have chosen to do the for the inaugural Polio Survivors day.

Since the mid 1980's Polio has been eradicated in the UK mainly due a very successful vaccination program, however the are an estimated 120,000 survivors across the country that still need support and help and the Fellowship need funds to enable us to continue our work.

Please support us in any way you can.

I am pleased to say I will be running on the day alongside my colleague Matthew Thomas , however the British Polio Fellowship has three more places available for the run, and if you or anyone else you know may be interested in taking one of these places then please ask them to get in touch by emailing me on kripen@britishpolio.org.uk or call me on 01923 884 628.
