I will be cycling on my turbo trainer in my garage for 36 hours over 3 days, coinciding with the shifts at Northampton General Hospital, 7:45am - 7:45pm, 22nd - 24th April.

A good friend of mine is currently working on the frontline and I couldn't be more proud to have friends making such a huge difference in such a tough time for many.

I'm no Captain Tom Moore (an absolute hero), but I wanted to do something that could help to raise some funds for the staff and patients at Northampton General. I have relied on them a lot in the past so this seems like the perfect time to give back.
