On the 24th October we are planning to walk from Crewe to Llandudno in order to raise support and awareness for Mental Health.

Mental health is a huge problem in our society, effecting 1 in 4 of us. Its important for us to raise awareness and offer support whenever possible and that is exactly what Mind do. They provide advice and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem, they also campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote more understanding of mental health.

The team is: Liam Crilley, Lee Sturmey, Kris Metcalfe, Matthew Gallimore, Mitch Dutton, Jay Garratt & Josh Dutton

The walk to Ludlow Castle will be around 100km. The plan is to leave Saturday 24th October and walk straight through to the following day. It should take us around 25-30 hours to complete and we are hoping to do it without stopping to sleep, making it all the more challenging. This wont only be a physical challenge but incredibly mentally demanding too, making it the perfect fundraiser for Mental Health.
