On Sunday 2 August I will be taking on my biggest ever physical challenge, cycling 100 miles as part of the Prudential Ride London-Surrey. I am doing this to help raise funds for St Raphael's Hospice in Sutton, in memory of my mum who spent her last few days in their excellent care.
