Story

I am a mum of two boys, Alfie aged 4 and Teddy 5months. I received support from LATNEM during my second pregnancy and continue to receive amazing support now. This service is so important and so needed, I honestly don’t know where I would be without it. 1 in 5 Mams will develop a mental illness during the antenatal/ perinatal period and this is nothing to be ashamed of, I’m so grateful for the peer support I have received from Latnem and so I am delighted to take part in this buggy walk with Teddy and a local community of other Mams and babies, and their families. I want to help raise awareness of this fantastic organisation and remove some of the stigma associated with mental Illness. Please sponsor us if you can.
