I was diagnosed with PKD, or polycystic kidney disease, in July of 2019. This disease causes cysts to form on the kidneys, taking up regular kidney mass, and reducing the kidneys normal functions. There is no cure for this disease, and there are limited treatment options such as dialysis or transplant. 

Myself and my mother have been afflicted by this disease, as well as many others across this province, country, and the world. I have been fortunate to meet and communicate with so many wonderful people, and I would love nothing more than to be able to give back to the community in the form of donations for research.
