Ukraine's children are living in fear. They face ever-present danger of being killed, injured or suffering severe emotional distress.

Story

I'm sure you have been watching the news about the Russian invasion of Ukraine with disbelief and great sadness. It takes families ,often with children ,more than 60 hours to flee from their homes and to cross borders into the safety of neighbouring countries. Families make these journeys in cramped trains and buses with scant provisions - some even walk for many miles in bitterly cold weather.

We thought we would make a 60 hour 'journey' of our own. Between 3 of us, we will undertake 20 hours of exercise each over 3 weeks between  Saturday 12th March - Saturday 2nd April. That is an hour of exercise every day! Could you please support us with donations to our Just Giving Page? We will be raising urgent funds for water, food and shelter by giving the money we raise to The Disaster Emergency Committee Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal Save the Children. More information can be found via this link:

Spot the blue and yellow Ukrainian flag - coloured balloons in the photos we upload! Please spread the word amongst your family and friends!

Thankyou so much for your interest and support
