Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Keith and I are doing a family walk from Holywood to Bangor on 1st July 2018 to help raise money for SANDS in memory of our beautiful sleeping baby, Grace, who was born on 21st December 2017 at just 24 weeks.

This was the most difficult time of our lives that we would never want anyone else to experience but unfortunately loss of a baby before, during and after birth is more common than we would ever expect.

SANDS provided us with a memory box filled with support leaflets, a blanket, a teddy for the baby and one for the parents, and various other items. We were able to keep anything we had belonging to Grace in it after.

By raising money for SANDS we are helping them provide these memory boxes to other couples who may unfortunately suffer the same circumstances.  £900 will help buy 42 boxes. This is what we are aiming to achieve, for Grace and for every baby lost and for their family.

Your support would be greatly appreciated!
