We will be taking on our greatest challenge to date by cycling from London to Amsterdam in 4 days with #teamAllianz to support Mind, the leading mental health charity.

Each year 1 in 4 of us will experience some form of mental health - this could easily be one of our family members, friends or colleagues. Mental health issues can present itself in various ways from stress related problems to depression and much much more. Mind provide essential advice and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem and through their fantastic campaigns and services they have improved the lives of millions of people.

We are also personally riding in memory of Krystle's dad Daniel, who was tragically killed in a horrific car crash on 23rd September 2017. Supported by #teamAllianz, #kdandfriends, and Discover Adventure, we will ride 350 miles across 4 countries to pay tribute to a great man who always helped others and lived life to the full, so this event is very fitting to mark the 2nd anniversary.
