Thank you for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page. This is for the Third Body Combat 3 Hour Marathon Part III. The idea started when my close friend's Stepdad, Ian Jacks, was diagnosed with terminal cancer. The support and treatment they received as a whole family was amazing. As cancer affects so many people's lives, we thought we could give something back. Ian died by the time the second event was held and everybody fought through the marathon in his memory. You can fight for your loved ones too and make a difference!

The first one in 2012 raised £1,279.60.

The second one in March 2013 raised a staggering £7,067.53 with 211 participants. We received a lot of media coverage too - not suprising really!

The next Body Combat 3 Hour marathon event is Saturday, 22nd March 2014 at 10am at Havant Lesiure Centre. £10 a place. COME JOIN US! It's an amazing event... You are not expected to complete the whole 3 hours and breaks are encouraged. Training for this event is advised..and if not PLEASE SPONSOR ME!
