Staff and students of Kenilworth School will be lacing up their trainers and clocking up the miles from 15th Feb - 14th March 2021. Please support this whole school fundraising challenge by leaving a donation!

What will participants have to do?

Staff and students will set themselves their own running challenges to complete over the four weeks. Some of the challenges that participants have set themselves so far include:

• Completing 'Couch to 5k'.
• Running twice a week for a month.
• Running the distance of a marathon over the month.
• Running a total distance of 100km.
• Running a total distance of 200km.
• One staff participant has set themselves the challenge of running 250km during the month! 

Where will the money raised go?

All of the money raised from the challenge will go to NHS Charities Together, allowing them to continue supporting the NHS in these very challenging times. 

This support includes:

• Providing counselling for doctors and nurses to help protect their mental health and to help them process what they are dealing with. 
• Offering bereavement support for families who have lost loved ones.
• Providing hospitals with electronic tablets so patients with Coronavirus can keep in contact with loved ones.
• Supporting the long-term recovery of the NHS from the impact of the crisis.
