Do you know that one person dies from diabetes every 7 seconds? 

On 1 December 2014, my cousin Adas passed away in his sleep. He was  only 21 years old and had been diagnosed with diabetes when he was my age (13).

I set myself the challenge of walking the West Highland Way in Scotland from Milngavie to Fort William, at the foot of Ben Nevis.

Help me fight diabetes by supporting research to find a cure!
