KULT iD Launch & Charity Event

KULT iD Launch Event · 1 October 2015
TAG, you’re it! Welcome to our new social media application, KULT iD, launching November 1, 2015. Tag and share your favorite products online and you can get paid. Social Media has created an entirely new culture for todays generation. The ability to connect and share our identity, including the things we love and believe in, has shifted the way we operate personally and corporately. In addition to all of the benefits this new world has brought us, as a responsible society we must also acknowledge the challenges that are a part of this online culture as well.
The reality is that cyber bullying and digital abuse is increasing, holding many back from enjoying the benefits that this connected community can provide. The current online environment lacks the balance and social rules of engagement we are accustomed to in the physical world which have been cultivated over generations, governing the behavior and relationships in the communities where we live, play, and work. The devastating emotional effects of cyber bullying and online harassment can be long lasting, leading to tragic events such as self harm and suicide, as has been well documented in the news and through social media outlets.
The time has come to make a change. No mother or father should ever have to lose a child due to this issue, no friend should lose their companion due to this issue, and no child should lose a sibling or a parent due to this issue. Individually, our effect may be small but together we can make a lasting impact. As a social media community KULT iD is dedicated from the onset to make a difference and shed light on this matter. KULT iD has partnered with CyberSmile (cybersmile.org), a leading anti cyber bullying, non profit organization offering support to those affected by cyber bullying and their families, as well as educating people of all ages to respect and consider others while interacting online.
The goal and purpose of this partnership is to make a difference in the lives of victims through our launch event by contributing financially to CyberSmile in order to enable the thousands affected by cyber bullying and online hate campaigns to get support, resources, education on the issue, and an injection of positivity into their lives. You can make a difference.
Take action now and be a voice for those in your local community and the world. Help us make a difference and keep the online connection available a place of positivity and opportunity. Be a light online today.
Thank you for making a difference!
