Two years ago the wonderful team at the Hospice went out of their way so many times when they looked after Jean.

Jean came to the hospice being given 2-5 days by the team at the Lister Hospital.

The difference in care compared to her stay on the ward was amazing. Jean was even allowed to make her own decisions. Her appetite returned. The chef's were wonderful with her. In the short term she improved to have her birthday and a blessing before she was allowed to return home with a full care package. I will always be grateful for the extra time that I got with her.
